8 potatoes mashed
1/2 cup sour cream
3 Tbsp of butter
4 oz cream cheese
3 green onions chopped
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp of salt
1/4 tsp of black pepper
1 cup of grated cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Boil and drain 8 white potatoes. Mash with masher. Add all ingredients but cheddar cheese to a buttered casserole dish. Bake for 30 minutes @ 350 degrees. Then remove from oven and add grated cheese to the top and put back in oven for 5 minutes.
