1/2 c. butter, softened
1/4 c. granulated sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. milk
1 1/2 c. blueberries
2 T. flour
2 T. brown sugar
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
2 T. chilled butter

Directions:

Preheat oven to 375. Grease or line muffin tins.
In a large bowl, cream together butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Stir in the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in vanilla.
In a separate bowl, stir together 2 c. flour, baking powder, salt.
Stir the flour mixture into the egg mixture alternately with milk.
Fold in blueberries.
Spoon batter into prepared muffin tins.
In small bowl mix together 2 T. flour, brown sugar and cinnamon.
Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
Sprinkle topping over unbaked muffins.
Bake for 25-30 mins. until a tooth pick inserted in the middle of a muffin comes out clean

This is another of my Covid recipes. You will see several because that was a loooooong period of shut down.

If you prefer you can just sprinkle the tops with granulated sugar rather than make the streusel.
