1 stick butter or margarine, melted
1 c. flour
1 c. chopped pecans
1 c. powdered sugar
1 small box instant chocolate pudding
1 small box instant vanilla pudding
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 large carton Cool Whip, thawed
3 c. milk
1 Hershey bar

Directions:
Directions:
Combine melted butter, flour and nuts. Bake in a 13x9x2-inch pan for 25 minutes at 300ºF. Cool completely. Combine cream cheese, powdered sugar and 2 cups Cool Whip; spread over first layer. Combine both puddings with 3 cups milk and mix as directed on pudding box (use only 3 cups milk total). Spread pudding over over second layer. Top with remaining Cool Whip and grated Hershey bar. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
