1 ½. # gr. Pork
3 tblsp salt

2 tsp pepper
Place stuffed rings in boiling water for 30-40 min

We made potato sausage with Mabel Johnson but she never would give me the recipe. This is as close as it gets. This was always made in the fall for the holidays
