1 cup finely crumbled Ritz Crackers
1 tbsp Butter
2 Eggs
¾ tsp Salt
¼ cup Grated Sharp Cheddar Cheese
½ stick Butter, melted
2 cups Vidalia onions, thinly liced
¾ cups milk
dash Pepper
Parsley
Paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cracker crumbs with melted butter, press into a 8-inch pie plate. Sauté onions in 2 Tbsp butter until clear, but not brown. Spoon into crust. Beat eggs together with milk, salt, pepper, and pour over onions. Sprinkle with cheese and paprika. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean. Sprinkle with parsley before serving.
