1 cup quick oatmeal
1 cup flour
¾ cup brown sugar
½ tsp. baking soda
¼ tsp. salt
¾ cup butter
32 caramels
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 package milk chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Melt 32 caramels with 1 can sweetened condensed milk. Heat together until caramels are melted. Set aside.

Mix the oatmeal, flour, brown sugar, baking soda, salt and butter like pie crust. Crumble half of the mixture in a 9 x 13 buttered pan. Bake 10 minutes at 350º. Do not overbake!

Sprinkle the milk chocolate chips over the top when removed from the oven and still hot. Let melt slightly and spread over surface. Pour the caramel mixture over the chocolate chips then sprinkle the rest of the crumb mixture on top. Bake for 15 minutes at 350º
