16 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted

Directions:
Place cookies in a zip closed plastic bag and crush with a rolling pin. Reserve ¼ c up cookie crumbs. Mx remaining crumbs and cream cheese until blended. Shape into 1" cookie balls and freeze for 10 minutes on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. Place chocolate chips in a microwavable bowl. Microwave on medium power 1 minute, then stir. Continue heating, stirring every 30 seconds in between until chocolate is completely melted. Add balls in batches to bowl of melted chocolate. Use 2 forks to roll balls in chocolate until evenly coated. Remove balls with forks, letting excess chocolate drip back into bowl, then return to lined sheet. Garnish with reserved cookie crumbs. Refrigerate one hour or until firm. Keep refrigerated. Makes 34 balls.
