12 eggs beaten (use blender)
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 C. melted Crisco
6 C. Flour. (use what it takes to make dough- not sticky to hands). kneed and turn over until smooth
add Lemon flavoring or Zest

Directions:
Let stand at room temperature for one hour.

Roll dough with rolling pin (very thin) and cut into strips 3/4” wide and 6” long.

Pinch together to make bows.

Deep fry in pan until light tan, turn over once. cooks very quickly)

When ready to serve drip honey on Wandi’s (Bowtie’s) and sprinkle woth 10X sugar (confectionery sugar).
