1 cup chunky peanut butter
1 cup sugar
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup chopped salted dry roasted peanuts

Preheat oven to 350º.

Mix all ingredients together.

Roll into balls and bake on cookie sheet for 8 to 10 minutes.
