2 cups shortening
1-1/2 cups sugar
2 tsp vanilla
1 tsp water
4 eggs
4-1/2 cups flour
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
2 cups chocolate chips
Directions:
Directions:
Blend shortening, sugar, vanilla, and water. Add eggs and beat well. Sift dry ingredients together and add. Stir in chocolate chips.

Drop by teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350º for 5 to 7 minutes.
