Ingredients:
Ingredients:
3 lbs. lean ground beef
1 lb. Hot Italian sausage
1 large head cabbage, shredded in the food processor
½ head purple cabbage, shredded in the food processor
1 ½ T. Salt
black pepper to taste
2 T. Worcestershire sauce
2 bags Rhoades Frozen dinner rolls

Directions:
Directions:
Place ground beef and sausage in large Dutch oven. Put shredded cabbage on top of meat and stir, add salt. Put lid on pan and let cook, stirring occasionally to break up the meat into small pieces. When meat is about half cooked, add Worcestershire sauce. When meat is cooked, pour into colander to drain grease and liquid off meat.

Lay dinner rolls out on a cookie sheet to defrost. When rolls are defrosted (about 2 - 3 hours) and you can “pinch” them all the way through, they are ready to roll out

Flour counter top and roll out a dinner roll into a 6” round or oval. Spoon filling, about ¼ cup, onto dough round. Fold dough around filling as you would an egg roll. After you have made a few, you will get the hang of it.

Place pie in a greased 9” x 13” casserole. Leave a little space between each one so they will have room to rise as they bake. Bake at 375 degrees for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.

Serve with yellow, brown and/or honey mustard. They freeze well. Let them thaw and heat in microwave or air fryer and they taste just like the day you baked them.

Personal Notes:
One of my best friends gave me this recipe. Their family call them "tea oaks," don't know why. Used to make my own bread dough, but the Rhoades rolls are just as good and a lot easier!
