1 tsp butter melted
3/4 c evaporated milk or top milk
Bing cherries

Directions:
Directions:
Boil the noodles. Pour cold water over them and let cool thoroughly. Beat eggs slightly, add salt and pepper to taste, butter and milk to the noodles and put in a well greased ring mold. Set in pan of boiling water and bake in moderate oven until knife comes out clean. Turn out on serving plate and fill center with bing cherries. Thicken cherry juice with 1 T cornstarch to 1 c cherries and use as sauce over noodles.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
Who would put cherries over noodles? Probably the same person who would eat noodles for desert!

I couldn't find anything about "Creasa bing cherries". Top milk: whole milk separates into 3 layers with the top layer being cream. The second or middle layer is top milk. Half and half would be a substitute for top milk.
