Unbaked pastry shell 8"
No 2 1/2 can (3 1/2 c, 31oz) cling peaches
1/4 cup sugar
1 T flour
1 1/2 T lemon juice
Crumb topping:
1/4 c butter or margarine
1/4 c sugar
1/2 c flour
1/2 tsp cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Drain peaches well; add sugar, flour; mix lightly with fork, pour into pastry shell. Sprinkle lemon juice over peaches; cover with crumb topping. Bake on lower shelf in hot oven, 425, 30- 40 minutes till lightly browned.

crumb topping: Combine butter, sugar, flour and cinnamon in a small bowl. Mix till crumby with pastry blender or fork.
