4 chicken breast cut into bite size pieces
2 Tbsp coconut oil
1 large onion diced
3 cloves garlic minced
1 inch piece ginger, grated
4 whole cloves
4 cardamom pods, crushed
1½ tsp ground cumin
1 tsp chili powder
½ tsp turmeric
¼ tsp allspice
1 tsp ground coriander
1½ cup chicken stock
2 tsp tomato puree
1 cup cream
salt and pepper
flaked almonds and cilantro to garnish

Directions:

1. Sauté onions garlic and ginger. Add spices, stir.
2. Add chicken and coat well. Add chicken stock and tomato puree and simmer gently 30 minutes but don't boil.
3. Add cream and simmer until sauce is like thick cream. Taste and adjust seasnoning.
4. Top with toasted almond flakes and cilantro. Serve on rice.
