4 cups cabbage - shredded
4 green onions, sliced
small pkg sliced or slivered almonds
2 TB sesame seeds or sunflower seeds

1 pkg Ramen noodles (chicken flavor)

Dressing:
3 TB vinegar
2 TB sugar
2 TB oil
½ tsp white pepper
¼ tsp salt
season packet from Ramen Noodles

Directions:
Directions:
Add crushed Ramon noodles and toasted almonds just be serving.

To toast almonds:
Melt butter in large frying pan. Add almonds, sesame seeds & noodles. (don't use seasoned packet). Stir until golden brown. Cool.

Large batch (different recipe)
1 head cabbage, chopped
6 green onions, chopped
1 pkg (2 ¼ oz sliced or slivered almonds)
⅓ cup sesame seeds
2 pkg Ramen noodles-broken
butter

Dressing:
1 c olive oil
¾ c. white sugar
½ c vinegar
2 tsp soy sauce
Put in jar & shake

Toss cabbage, green onions, almond mixture, add dressing.
