Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
½ (7oz) box ring macaroni, cooked

1 beaten egg
1 TB flour
Juice from 1 med. can crushed pineapple, drained
½ c. white sugar
¼ tsp salt

Cook in double boiler until thick. Pour over cooked macaroni rings. Refrigerate overnight.


Next day mix together:

½ pint cream, whipped
1 can fruit cocktail
½ pkg, mini marshmallows
Pineapple from above

Refrigerate.

One of my favorite salads. I could eat just the macaroni rings after they soak up the pineapple juice.
