2 Tbsp hot water
2 Tbsp bread soda

½ cup ghee
½ cup sugar
½ cup molasses
1 egg
2 cups all-purpose flour blend
¼ cup buckwheat flour
1 Tbsp psyllium husks/powder
1 tsp guar gum
¼ tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
6 Tbsp cold water

Directions:
Directions:
In a glass, dissolve bread soda in hot water. Preheat oven to 190ºC/375ºF. Set aside a cookie sheet or baking tray. In a mixing bowl, cream wet ingredients, followed by the bread soda water, dry ingredients and then the cold water. Mix to a smooth batter. Drop by spoonful onto baking tray and bake for 6-9 minutes in the centre of the oven. When done, cool on wire rack and store in an airtight container or freeze.
