2⅔ c. Cooked ham
2 hard boiled eggs finely chopped
2 Tbsp green onion, minced
2 Tbsp chopped ripe olives
1 tsp prepared mustard
1 tsp sweet pickle relish
½ c. Cheddar cheese, cubed
⅓ c. Mayonnaise
6 large or 8 small French rolls. Whole, NOT sliced.

Directions:
Combine ham with eggs, onion, olives,mustard,relish, cheese and mayonnaise.Cut off tops of one end of rolls; scoop out most of soft center. (A thin sharp knife works best) Fill with ham mixture. Replace top or end of roll. Cover with aluminum foil and heat in an oven or slow cooker on low for 2-3 hours. (I wrap them in a paper towel and zap in the microvave until the cheese starts to melt)
