3 # Ground Beef
1 # Maple flavored sausage
2 c. Saltines, crushed
1 c. Oatmeal (Quick-1 minute-dry)
3 eggs beaten
⅔ c. Minced onion
2 tsp. Salt
¾ tsp. Pepper
¾ tsp. Dry mustard
¾ tsp. Garlic salt
½ tsp celery salt
3 T. Worcestershire sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350º. Mix all ingredients throughly in large bowl. Should be semi-firm and able to pack together. Too wet? Add either more oatmeal or crackers. Shape into 2 loaves in shallow baking pan. Spread with catsup or barbecue sauce. Bake 1 hour or until done. Should have a brown crust.
