Cake:
1 (two layer) package white cake mix
1 cup sour cream
1 (6oz) can frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed
3 oz cream cheese, softened
3 eggs

Frosting:
3 oz cream cheese, softened
1 tsp grated lemon peel
1 tsp - 1 T lemon juice
½ cup butter
1 (16 oz) box powdered sugar

Cake: Heat oven to 350º. Grease and flour two 8 or 9 inch round cake pans. In large bowl, combine all cake ingredients using low speed of mixer until moistened. Beat 2 minutes at highest speed. Spoon batter evenly into prepared pans. Bake for 30 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Cool 15 minutes; remove from pans. Cool completely.
For frosting: beat all ingredients together until smooth. Frost cooled cake.
