Sugar cookie dough
8 oz cream cheese
2 T sugar

Fruit:
Mandarin oranges (1 can)
Strawberries
Kiwi
Bananas
Raspberries
Grapes, halved

Glaze:
¾ cup pineapple juice
Leftover mandarin orange juice
2 T sugar
1 T corn starch
Directions:
Directions:
Roll out cookie dough~press down into pan
Blend 8oz. cream cheese with 2 tsp sugar and spread onto cooled cookie dough.
Cut fruit and place on cream cheese mixture.
Stir together the glaze ingredients and drizzle over the fruit.
