Ingredients:	Ingredients: 1 ½ cup oil 2 cups sugar 2 eggs 3 cups flour 1 tsp. baking soda 1 tsp. cinnamon ½ tsp. nutmeg ½ tsp. salt 3 cups finely chopped apples 1 cup nuts 2 tbs. vanilla

Directions:	Directions: Preheat oven to 350º. Mix oil, sugar and eggs. Add dry ingredients and beat well (the batter will be very stiff). Add chopped apples, nuts and vanilla. Mix well. Pour into greased 9x13" pan. Bake for 45 minutes
