16 oz chocolate chips
1/2 cup sugar
3 tbsp light corn syrup
1/3 cup bourbon
2 1/2 cups vanilla wafers, crumbled
1 cup chopped walnuts
Confectioners sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Melt chocolate chips in double boiler.
Remove from heat and stir in sugar and corn syrup. Blend in bourbon.
Add vanilla wafers and chopped nuts to mixture. Mix well.
Form into 1” balls. Roll in confectioners sugar. Store in airtight container for a few days (to ripen) in refrigerator.
Re-roll in sugar when ready to serve.
Store in refrigerator.
