2 tsp Gelatine (unflavored)
1/4 c sugar
1 c water
6 oz frozen grape juice
1 c heavy cream
1/3 c powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Blend Gelatine, sugar and water in pan; heat and stir until dissolved (2-3 minutes). Stir in frozen grape juice in a bowl and chill in refrigerator until it begins to thicken (about 1/2 hour). Whip cream until stiff; stir in powdered sugar. Fold into chilled grape mixture. Pour in a freezing tray. Moisten bottom of tray. Palace in freezing unit. Put a 2 qt bowl and beaters in refrigerator to chill. When mixture is frozen stiff and mushy (about one hour) turn into chilled bowl . Whip until fluffy; put it back in trays. Moisten bottoms again and finish freezing to serving consistency. Takes about one hour. Set cold control to keep it frozen until ready to serve.
