¼ cup coconut oil
¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
2+ Tbsp honey or syrup

Directions:
Directions:
Place the coconut oil in a medium saucepan and melt. Sift the cocoa powder into the oil and combine with a rigid spatula. Mix in the honey/syrup and stir until smooth. Spread the chocolate onto a lined baking tray and freeze for 20 minutes or until set. Gently release the chocolate from the pan and store in an airtight container in the refrigerator or use in any recipe.

I've often thought it would be easier to make my own chocolate and as it turns out, it's pretty simple. This recipe incorporates only the basic, necessary ingredients - no soy, gluten or other funny business. Eat this chocolate, use it in recipes, or recreate your favourite glutenous chocolate bar.
