1/2 c. butter, softened
1 1/2 c. packed brown sugar
1 egg
1 t. vanilla
1 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 t. baking powder
1/4 t. salt

CARAMEL DRIZZLE:
1/2 c. packed brown sugar
1/4 c. cream
1/2 c. powdered sugar

CHOCOLATE DRIZZLE:
chocolate chips
butter

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and brown sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in egg and vanilla. Combine dry ingredients, gradually add to creamed mixture. Shape into balls and bake on ungreased cookie sheets for 8-10 minutes at 350'. Bring brown sugar and cream to a boil. Remove from heat and whisk in powdered sugar. Immediately drizzle over cookies. Melt chocolate chips and butter, and drizzle over cookies.
