2 cups flour
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 cup butter
1/2 cup coconut (grated)
1/2 cup nuts ( finely chopped)
4 eggs
2 cups sugar
4 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
4 tsp. real lemon juice
Frosting:
2 tbsp. cream or milk
3 tbsp. butter
2 cups powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. lemon flavoring or 2 tsp. lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, powder sugar, butter, coconut and nuts together and put into a 10 x 14 in greased pan. Bake 15 minutes at 350º. While it is baking mix eggs, sugar, flour, baking powder and lemon juice together and pour over baked crust and bake 25 minutes at 350º. When cool, frost. Frosting: mix cream, butter, powdered sugar, lemon flavoring or lemon juice and vanilla. Cut into 1 or 1 /2 inch squares. Makes at last 65 bars. They cut better the next day after it they been in the refrigerator. These freeze exceptionally well.
