1 lb. oleo
1 cup white sugar
1 cup brown sugar
3 eggs beaten
5 cups flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 cup nuts
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Cream oleo and sugars, add well beaten eggs. Mix thoroughly, sift flour, measure and sift with baking soda and salt. Add nuts and vanilla. Mix well and form into long round roll. Chill overnight. Cut in thin slices. Place on oiled cookie sheet. Bake in hot oven about 15 minutes.
