2 egg whites
1 tsp. vinegar
1/2 tsp. lemon flavoring ( can use other flavorings)
2 cups powdered sugar
1/2 cup nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Combine egg whites and vinegar, beat until frothy. Add flavoring and powdered sugar. Continue beating until thick, like whipped cream. Fold in nuts. Drop on brown paper placed on cookie sheet. Bake at 325 º for 10 to 12 minutes. Cool 5 minutes on paper then peel paper from each macaroon
