Mix together for rub:
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. ground mustard
1 tsp. smoked paprika
½ tsp. oregano
½ tsp. garlic powder
½ tsp. black pepper
½ tsp. cumin
¼ tsp. cayenne pepper

1 cup water
3 pound rack pork ribs
1 cup barbecue sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together the spices for the rub.
Rub the ribs all over with the spice rub.
Let sit for 30 minutes or more.

Add the water to the instant pot and put the rack in the bottom of the pot.
Add the rib rack by curling the rack around the pot.
Lock the lid and set the Instant Pot to Manual, High Pressure, 25 minutes
Set Instant Pot to sealing

When the time is up, use the natural release for 15 minutes.
Take the ribs out and put on a foil covered baking sheet.
Coat with Barbecue Sauce and put under the broiler for a few minutes
to caramelize the sauce.
Cut ribs between the bones and serve with more sauce.
