1 c. white rice, uncooked
10 oz. condensed French Onion Soup
10 oz. condensed beef broth (or 1¼ c.)
1/2 c. unsalted butter, cut into cubes

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º. In an 8x8 baking dish, add the rice, onion soup, beef broth and butter and stir well. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove foil and bake for and additional 30 minutes.

This recipe tastes similar to our family brown rice recipe. It's a little easier and quicker and very tasty. It is slightly greasy, so you can cut back on the butter a little If you're watching your fat intake.
