1 can enchilada sauce
16 oz carton sour cream
3/4 cup milk
1 garlic clove, pressed
1/3 cup onion, finely chopped
3/4 pkg taco seasoning
2 8 oz packages cream cheese, softened
1 lb crab (imitation works as well)
1 lb Monterey Jack cheese
12 flour tortillas

Directions:
Directions:
In a medium bowl, combine sour cream, milk, garlic, onion and taco seasoning. Add cream cheese and mix until blended. Flake crab meat into bowl and mix well. Spread mixture down the center of each tortilla dividing evenly. Top with 1-2 tablespoons of cheese. Roll up tightly and place seam side down in a greased 9x13 baking dish. Top with remaining cheese. Bake at 350º for 30 minutes. Serve with enchilada sauce.
