1 pound chicken (diced)
8oz coleslaw mix
6 tortillas
1 green pepper
2 green onions (chopped)
1/2 cup french fried onions
1/4 cup sweet soy glaze
1/4 cup Mayo
1oz rice vinegar
2 Tbs apple juice concentration
1/4 cup cilantro (chopped)
Truvia
Sriracha Sauce

Directions:
Directions:
1) Mix rice vinegar, apple juice concentrate, truvia ( if needed)together and toss with coleslaw mix,green onions and cilantro.Set aside.
2) Mix Mayo and Sriracha ( to taste) together. Set aside.
3) Heat small amount of oil in medium-large skillet. Add chicken and pepper when hot.
4) Cook chicken until done. Pour off any juice in pan and return to heat. Add sweet soy glaze and toss until chicken is coated. Cool for 2 mins and turn off heat.
5). Coat tortillas with a light layer of sriracha-mayo mixture. Add chicken, top with slaw and French Fried Onions
