8-10 eggs hard-boiled
2 teaspoon sugar
¼ cup miracle whip or mayonnaise
1 tablespoon mustard
2 teaspoon pickle juice
Salt & Pepper - to taste
2 tablespoon bacon bits to season - optional

Directions:
Directions:
Place eggs in medium pot. Cover with cold water. Lightly salt the water. Boil eggs for 12-15 minutes. After boiling eggs, quickly drain hot water and cover with cold water. Repeat last step after 3 minutes. Peal eggs and cut in half lengthwise. Remove yolks
and place in separate bowl. Using pastry cutter, chop yolks until it is a thick corn meal texture. Add the miracle whip, mustard and pickle juice. Stir well. Add sugar and mix well again. Stir in bacon bits to taste. Sprinkle with paprika and serve. If not serving immediately, keep in refrigerator until ready to serve.

** Try adding in a small amount of horseradish or a little cowboy candy.
