1 London Broil steak, marinated, grilled and sliced in thin pieces
1 bunch fresh kale or broccoli rabe
1 onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 container fresh mushrooms, sliced
olive oil or avocado oil
2 tsp Trader Joes Mushroom & Co Multipurpose Umami Seasoning Blend

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare steak and set aside
Clean kale, remove leaves from stalk and chop
Heat oil in large fry pan, sauté onions, garlic and mushrooms for 2-3 minutes
Add chopped kale and sprinkle with more oil (you can use a seasoned oil or truffle oil)
Cover and steam until the kale is soft
Add the steak and heat through
Serve

This is a recipe that I made up trying to copy a dish I had at a restaurant in Kennebunk. It was served with broccoli rabe but we like it just as well with the kale.

Note for Josh, you too, can make this leaving out the mushrooms and mushroom spices. Add a different steak seasoning and use a different vegetable like string beans or another one that you might prefer.
