1 lb turkey burger-cooked
1 med spaghetti squash
1 tbso olive oil
1 can kidney beans (14 oz)
1 tbsp chili flakes (optional)
1 c salsa
3 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped
1/2 shredded cheese
sea salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425º, lining baking sheet with parchment paper. Cut squash in half, take out seeds and rub inside with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Place face down on the baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes. Toss the chili flakes with the cheese and stir in the cilantro and turkey burger. Mix in salsa and beans. Shred the spaghetti squash and remove from the shells into a bowl with the rest of the ingredients. Place mix in casserole dish and top with shredded cheese.

Place in 325º oven for 30 minutes and service. Good with extra hot sauce.

Personal Notes:
Original recipe called for putting the mix back into the shells and baking. We found this made a huge serving and it was better put into a casserole and served that way. You can leave out the red pepper flakes if you don't want it to be too hot.
