18 large shrimp
12 oz. cooked smoked sausage, cut into 12 pieces
8 oz. skinless, boneless chicken cut into 12 pieces
1 med. green pepper cut into 1" pieces
1 med. onion, cut into 1" wedges
⅓ c. white wine vinegar
⅓ c. tomato sauce
2 tbsp. olive oil
2 tsp. thyme (crushed)
2 tsp. tabasco
¾ tsp. garlic
6 cherry tomatoes
3 c. hot cooked rice
2 tbsp. fresh parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Place shrimp, chicken, onion, green pepper & sausage on soaked skewers, marinating in Ziploc 1-2 hrs.
Grill until shrimp is opaque and chicken is done.
Serve with rice and cherry tomatoes.
