1 cup Butter or Margarine, softened
¾ cup Sugar
½ tsp. Water
1 ½ cups Flour
2 cups Quick Cooking Oats
¾ cup Brown Sugar
2 Eggs
1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
1 tsp. Baking Soda
12 oz. Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips

Directions:
Directions:
Cream together sugar and butter. Add one egg at a time, beating well after each addition. Beat in water and vanilla extract. Mix in baking soda and flour. Stir in oatmeal and when thoroughly mixed, add chocolate chips.

Drop by ½ tsp. onto ungreased cookie sheet.

Bake in a a preheated 375º oven for 10 to 12 minutes or until lightly browned.
