3 large onions, chopped
1 large green pepper
3 tbsp fat
1 pound ground beef or turkey
2 cups cooked tomatoes (diced/stewed/crushed)
1/2 cup uncooked rice
1 tsp chili powder
2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Sauté' onions and green pepper in 3 tbsp fat until soft. Add the ground meat at cook until it falls apart. Stir in the rice, chili powder, salt and pepper. Pour into a 2 quart baking dish. Cover and bake Remove the cover during the last 15 minutes.

Bake at 350º for one hour.
