3 lbs corned beef (don't rinse)
carrots
potatoes
cabbage

Directions:
Directions:
Heat the water until it's almost at a boil using enough to cover the meat. Add the meat and bring to a boil, reduce and cover for 3 hours.

About 20 minutes before done, add the peeled carrots, potatoes and cabbage.

Thinly slice when cool.
