5 -6 large shrimp per person
3 cloves garlic chopped
1 1/2 stick unsalted butter
1/2 medium onion chopped
3 pkg. SazonGoya seasoning
8 oz. white wine or beer
chopped parsley
1-2 T hot sauce
1 T. lemon juice
Cooked rice

Shell the shrimp and pat dry, set aside. In a large saucepan melt butter over low heat. Add the chopped garlic and onion and cook low for 5 minutes until translucent. Add the lemon juice an Sazon seasonings. Mix 1 minutes Add the wine and bring to a boil. Lower the heat to simmer and add the shrimp. Simmer for 10-15 min. until the shrimp is done. Sprinkle with chopped parsley Serve over rice.
