1 pound of Mostazzioli pasta
4 cups of milk
1 8oz heavy whipping cream
1 cup parmesan cheese
1 stick of butter

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the milk with whipping cream and save 1 cup to pour over before you bake pasta. Boil the pasta and empty. In the same pot, pour the milk mixture, butter and a pinch of salt and cook on low until pasta is thick enough (20 minutes). Sprinkle a little parmesan cheese on bottom of a 13x 19 pan. Place pasta mixture in the pan, sprinkling parmesan on top with dabs of butter. Try to layer pasta, parmesan, and butter dabs until gone. Bake at 350 for about an hour or until golden.
