1 lb. butter
1 cup white sugar
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 t. salt
1/2 T. soda
1 T cinnamon
3 eggs

1 cup walnuts chopped
6 cups flour

Directions:
Directions:
Cream together butter, white sugar and brown sugar (I usually cream this for 5-10 minutes) Add soda, cinnamon and salt. Add 3 eggs individually, beating after each addition.

Add chopped walnuts and flour. Mix all together - if necessary, mix with hands until all the flour is mixed in.

Pack all batter in a bread loaf pan lined (length and width) with clear wrap. Fold wrap over top. Refrigerate 2 hours or more.

Cut into 4 logs; slice thin and bake at 375 degrees -- 10-15 minutes.
