Celery
Butter
Beef Broth
Bread (cubed & hard)
Salt
Pepper
Poultry Seasoning
Sage

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onions and celery in butter (use 1.5 stick of butter per gallon ziplock bag of bread).

Place bread in big bowl (1 bag per separate bowl). Season with some sage (easy on it), poultry seasoning, salt & pepper. Mix in softened celery, onions & butter.

Place in crockpot (or in pan for the oven).

Add 1/4 c. beef broth over stuffing before baking.

Check while cooking to see if getting too dry. If so add more broth. If in crockpot cook approx. 2 hours and if in oven 1 hours.
