1 cup Margarine, softened
1 ½ cups Sugar
2 Eggs
2 ¾ cups Flour
4 tsps. Baking Powder
⅛ tsp. Salt
2 tsps. Cinnamon
3 Tbsps. Sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Cream margarine and 1 ½ cups sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in egg; gradually blend in flour, baking powder and salt.

Chill several hours or overnight.

Shape level tablespoons of dough into balls. Roll in combined 2 teaspoons cinnamon and 3 tablespoons sugar.

Place 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 375º for about 12 minutes or until lightly browned.
