Marinara:
Olive Oil
2 28 oz can crushed tomatoes
6 cloves garlic, minced
2 tsp basil

Meat Sauce:
1 lb sausage and/or country ribs (with or without bone)/ or meatballs
3 28oz can crushed tomato

Directions:
Directions:
Marinara:
Coat bottom of sauce pot with olive oil. Add garlic, cook till soft not brown add basil and tomatoes. Cook on low 30 - 45 minutes with cover slightly ajar.

Meat Sauce:
Brown sausage and country ribs, if using, in a sauce pot. Add tomatoes to browned meat. Add 3 tsp basil. Cook, covered 1 hour and uncovered ½ hour. If adding meatballs add at last ½ hour to sauce.
