1 c. sugar
1 ½ c. flour
2 eggs - seperated

¼ tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1 stick butter or margarine softened
⅓ c. milk
1 ½ c. blueberries
1 tsp. vanilla

3 tbls. sugar
½ tsp. cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350º
Grease an 8x8-inch pan

Beat egg whites until stiff.
Beat in ¼ c. sugar.
Set aside.

In another bowl, cream together the butters, salt, vanilla and remaining sugar.
Add egg yolks until creamy.
Sift flour and baking powder.
Add alternately to creamed mixture with milk.
Fold in egg whites.
Coat blueberries with 1 tbls. flour and fold into batter.
Pour into prepared pan.
Stir together 3 tbls. sugar and ½ tsp. cinnamon.
Sprinkle over bread batter.
Bake for 50 minutes.
