Sauce:
1/2 cup ketchup
2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
2 tbsp molasses
2 tbsp minced onions
1-1/4 tsp chili powder
1 tsp minced garlic
1 tsp grated lemon zest
1/2 tsp dried rosemary
1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper

4 boneless pork loin chops

Directions:

Combine all sauce ingredients. Bring to a boil in small saucepan, reduce heat and simmer for 2 min.
Grill chops brushing sauce generously over meat as cooking. (about 6 min per side) Alternately you can marinate chops in sauce overnight in fridge and then there is no need to cook sauce first.

I changed the rosemary to basil. Was just as good. So use whatever you have. Works for me!
