2 C. flour
2 C. sugar
2 eggs
1/2 t. salt
1 t. soda
1/2 C. butter milk
1 t. vanilla
2 sticks elo
1 C. butter
9 T. cocoa powder

icing:
1/2 C. butter
6 T. milk
3 T. cocoa
3 3/4 C. powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Bring elo, water and cocoa powder to a boil. Add to rest of ingredients while hot and mix well. Pour into greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes or until knife comes out clean.
Icing: melt butter, add milk and cocoa. Bring to boil, remove from heat and add sugar. Pour over hot cake.
