¾ cup crunchy peanut butter
½ cup shortening
1½ cups firmly packed light brown sugar
3 T. milk
1 T. vanilla
¼ cup sour cream
1 egg
1¾ cup all purpose flour
¾ tsp. salt
¾ tsp. baking soda





Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375°. In large mixing bowl, beat together first seven ingredients at medium speed until well mixed. Add flour, salt and baking soda and mix until blended. Drop by cookie scoop 2 inches apart onto ungreased baking sheet. Flatten slightly in crisscross pattern with tines of fork. Bake one sheet at a time for 7 to 8 minutes, or until set and just beginning to brown. Cool 2 minutes on baking sheet. Remove from pan to cooling racks or waxed paper until completely cooled. Makes about 3 dozen cookies.
